Thanks to the ProAction Protein Pizza mix, you can prepare an inviting, protein-rich and fiber-rich homemade pizza. Also ideal for vegetarians and vegans because it is based on oatmeal flour and soy protein. This pizza mix has excellent nutritional values : 100 g of Protein Pizza mix in fact contain 41 g of protein and 4.6 g of fiber!




Preparation of protein pizza

ProAction protein pizza is very easy to prepare , because it only requires the addition of water and oil. The Protein Pizza mix is ​​in fact a complete preparation: it contains all the ingredients measured out , including the yeast and salt. Here's how to prepare a protein pizza that will give you great satisfaction , in a short time and without having to dose too many ingredients!


Ingredients for 4 pizzas

  • 400 g of ProAction “PROTEIN Pizza” mix
  • 360ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil (optional)



Pour the PROTEIN Pizza mix into a bowl with water and oil. Process the ingredients by hand; as soon as the mixture is uniform and dry, knead for another 10 minutes on a table. Leave the mixture to rest on the table for about 30 minutes covered with a cloth. Next, divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each portion to obtain a circular shape: first with your hands, then with the help of a rolling pin. Stuff to taste and bake at 220°C in a convection oven for about 15 minutes.
