Did you forget your password?
You can place orders on fuoriora .com without creating an account. After placing the desired items in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the checkout page.
Select the "Proceed as a guest" option and once you have entered the billing information, delivery address and selected the desired payment method, it will be possible to proceed with the payment by clicking on "Complete your order".
You can create an account with this order on the "Your details" page by checking the box "Create your account for your next purchase".

What payment methods are accepted on fuoriora.com?

Have you made a bank transfer and would like to know if we have received the payment?
The order will be shipped the day following receipt of payment on our current account. You will receive an email containing the tracking number of the shipment.
When is my credit card charged?
In case of payment by credit card, the amount relating to the order will be pre-authorised, i.e. reserved for fuoriora .com . The pre-authorization is a verification of the validity of the credit card and the availability of the foreseen amount. The credit card's availability to purchase will be reduced by the pre-authorised amount which however will not yet be debited. Once the order has been sent, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the credit card. If the order is canceled before shipping, your credit card will not be charged and the pre-authorization will be cancelled.
Please bear in mind that the pre-authorization lasts approximately 7 days and the cancellation times depend on the bank.

Is the order covered by insurance during transport?
Throughout the shipment, the order is covered by insurance.
In case of loss, the customer will be refunded the amount paid.
