Tasty protein bread with pumpkin, sunflower and flax seeds
A protein bread rich in flavor and mixed seeds , to be brought to the table every day without feeling guilty. Thanks to the ProAction Protein Bread mix, you can bake your protein bread at home, always fresh and genuine. You can also prepare soft protein buns , all to be filled with light cheeses and cured meats. The bread products prepared with this mix are also ideal for vegetarians and vegans because they are based on oatmeal flour and soy protein. Preparation of protein bread
ProAction protein bread is very easy to prepare , as it only requires the addition of water and oil. The Protein Bread mix is in fact a complete preparation: it contains all the ingredients measured out , even the yeast and the salt. Baking your own homemade protein bread will now be child's play! Tip: Freeze extra portions; you can defrost them if necessary, to always have fragrant and tasty bread, made with your own hands!
Ingredients for one or more loaves
- 400 g of ProAction “PROTEIN Bread” mix
- 360ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil (optional)
Pour the PROTEIN Bread mix into a bowl with water and oil. Process the ingredients by hand; as soon as the mixture is uniform and dry, knead for 10 minutes on a table. Place the dough in a bowl, covered with a cloth, and let it rise for 30 minutes. Subsequently, form one or more loaves and leave to rise for 1 hour covered, at a temperature of approximately 27° C. Then, transfer the dough onto a pan or a refractory stone. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 220° C for at least 30 minutes.
